All purchases made in J&M Canadian retail stores and on johnstonmurphy.ca beginning November 20, 2024 are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Purchases made prior to November 20th are eligible for return until January 5, 2025. Returns must be accompanied by a receipt/return form. Refunds will be made based on the original method of payment. A refund check may be issued for cash payments. Refunds will include the price of the product and any taxes charged. Initial shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Items sent to our warehouse will not be returned.

Items can be returned to any of our Johnston & Murphy retail stores. 

Retail Store Purchases Made Before November 20, 2024

 

 

Items purchased in J&M Retail or Factory stores can be returned in stores or through the mail. Need a prepaid label? Contact our Customer Experience team at 866.536.0773 for a return label for items placed in a Johnston & Murphy store.
